Shipping, Returns & Client Care

  1. Shipping
    All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from the Netherlands using tracked delivery services.
    Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

    Express options may be available at checkout depending on location.
  2. Customs & International Orders
    For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT or import taxes.
    Customs processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
    If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties or refusal of delivery, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
  3. Delivered Packages
    All parcels are shipped with tracking.
    Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, Ferrer cannot issue automatic refunds. However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier and initiating an investigation where necessary.
  4. Lost Shipments
    If a parcel is officially confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund after the investigation is completed.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European consumer protection law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or worn.

This applies in particular to:

• Earrings
• Pierced jewelry

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist you promptly.

Product Care & Materials

Our jewelry is crafted in gold plated finishes, stainless steel, natural pearls and selected materials.

All pieces are:

• Hypoallergenic
• Tarnish-resistant with proper care
• Gold-plated finish (not solid gold)

Each Ferrer piece includes a care guide and a small polishing cloth to help you maintain its shine. With proper care, your jewelry will remain beautiful and radiant over time.
